Once we have received your Setup Form and payment, we will build your personalized ChartCapture Website.

As soon as your ChartCapture website has been created, we’re ready to load your patient data. See more about that here.  If you'd like, you can send it to us prior to receiving your CaptureStation.

You may also begin the administration of your website, allowing you to add your system users and have a look around.

Your EMR/EHR link may take time to get in place. That depends entirely on your EMR vendor. It is highly suggested that you begin scanning before the link is in place.
