How to Securely Share Files with File Share
This article is about uploading documents so they can be shared securely using your ChartCapture portal. If you'd like to import a file into a specific patient's chart, check out our tutorial on importing document into patient charts
If you want to send us a Patient List, File Share is the proper way to do so. This tool is secure and easy:
Note: Do not send PHI via email, use our secure uploader, File Share, instead. Here's how!
First, log in to your ChartCapture website.
Then, click on “Administration”



That’s it!
You should see your file in the file list.

Files uploaded via ChartCapture File Share are only available to ChartCapture administrators.
Your PHI is safe and secure!
