Adding and Editing Patients

Generally, when you start with ChartCapture, we get your patient list uploaded so that you don’t have to (more on that here).

There are occasions that require manual uploads or edits for patients in the system.
Here’s how:

You’ll see this:



To add a single patient, hit “Add New” and fill out the boxes.




To upload a list of many patients at once, click “Import Wizard”
