Adding Pages to a Chart

Adding Pages to a Chart

If you have already scanned in an entire patient chart but have more information, it’s easy to add pages.

Search the patient’s name in ChartCapture, and if their information has already been uploaded, the Scan Chart button will have been replaced with a Add Pages button.

Choose from the Sections Menu which area you wish to scan in the documents, after you’ve made your choice, you can begin scanning your documents.
